Synopsis
World premiere at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival. Desire recounts the 30-year sonic journey of Carl Craig during which the legendary Detroit techno producer created and developed the elegant and rich sound that defines him. This film features some pf the biggest names in electronic music: Kenny Larkin, Laurent Garnier, Moritz von Oswald, DJ Minx, DJ Holographic, Roni Size, James Lavelle, Moodymann, Fabio, Jon Dixon and many more. The film draws the portrait of an artist whose fame transcends the world of techno. The film takes audiences from Detroit to the Montreux Jazz Festival. The film will come out in early 2025.
